Principles: Who I Am and What I believe
Everything that I strive to achieve professionally is for this family. Such as in business, we enjoy solving puzzles together. We construct mazes, castles, and bring other imaginations to life with giant Legos and Hot Wheels sets. We are competitive and busy moving between soccer and baseball fields. We haven't travelled as much as I suspect we would like, but I imagine Disney World and Stadium tours are in our future!
Hobbies
I enjoy physical activities and competitive sports. I lettered in track & field, tennis, and basketball in high school and pursued baseball later on. For many years, I organized our work softball leagues and after-hours activities, leading to several championships! These days, with older crankier knees, I have taken up the challenges of yard work and golf.I volunteer in clothing giveaway charities for families in need, participate in mentorship programs within my local community, and provide thought leadership at a board-capacity level for other regional non-profits.
Career
I am at the core, an operator. I evaluate and connect dots. I tinker and fix. There is not a challenge too big or too small. I have always rolled up my sleeves and built strength from weakness. I get my fingernails dirty and earn my teams' respect.Throughout my career, my greatest attribute has been my resilient adaptability. To be a chameleon who adapts to the environment, fine-tuning my approach to produce optimal outcomes. I seek the clarity within decision paths and project where, and how far, rain drop decisions ripple in and across our pond.Speaker. Truth seeker. Efficiency whisperer. Team builder.
